2. Promotion Period

  • Opening date 6th of July at 00:01 AEST
  • Closing date 19th July at 23:59 AEST
  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Perfume Forever and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Entrants must comply with all entry requirements.

4. How to Enter

What constitutes a valid entry, for example:

  • Upload a video explaining why you love Sospiro via your Social Media account.
  • Tag Perfume Forever social handles/ account in your post.
  • Ensure the post is publicly visible.
  • To receive an additional entry, post a photo of your favourite Sospiro fragrance on Instagram or Facebook, tag @PerfumeForever.
  • Multiple entries are permitted only as expressly described above.

5. Prize Details

Include:

  • 1 box of 20 x 2ml bottles consisting of the full range of fragrances
  • 2 boxes of 6 x 2ml bottles consisting of the brand's best sellers
  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries
  • Winners will be drawn on the 21st of July and announced on our Socials on the 22nd.
  • Winners will be contacted via their Social media account that was used to post the videos on.
  • All winners must claim their prizes within a month of being announced.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or forfeits the prize, a new winner will be announced & contacted.

7. User-Generated Content Licence

By entering, participants grant Perfume Forever a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and display submitted content across its marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing and advertising, without additional compensation.

8. Content Requirements

Perfume Forever reserve the right to remove entries that:

  • Are offensive, defamatory or unlawful
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Include inappropriate or misleading material
  • Do not comply with the promotion requirements

9. Privacy

  • Personal information will be collected to administer the promotion.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with Perfume Forever's Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been provided or otherwise permitted by law.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

If using Instagram or Facebook:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

11. Liability

  • Perfume Forever is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries.
  • The promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary, subject to applicable laws.

12. Fraud and Disqualification

Perfume Forever reserve the right to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Disqualify fraudulent or manipulated entries
  • Exclude entries that breach the Terms & Conditions
